No problem! Whenever possible we carry out a pre-installation survey to optimise ease of install and delivery. Our view is that if the builders were able to get there materials delivered on site then your sofas and beds should be a piece of cake.

Can I buy my pack now, even though I’m not moving into my apartment for another 6 months?
Yes, the sooner the better. We strongly recommend that you place your order at least 12 weeks before you complete on your property to avoid any disappointment. By placing your order early you are guaranteed a fixed price so if the unthinkable happens and your property build is delayed you will not incur any seasonal price rises i.e. you can purchase a 2008 pack at a 2007 price.

How soon can I have my pack delivered?
We can deliver within 14 days of placing your order, we have over 100 packs in stock at any one time in our Spanish warehouses and depending on the circumstances we can offer a 7 day turnaround. We are the only package company in Spain at this time which can offer this level of service and delivery.
How can we pay for our furniture pack?
A deposit secures your order and gives you a date for installation (subject to your completion) the remaining balance is required 14 days before delivery.
Do we have to be there when our furniture is delivered?
You don’t have to be present for the delivery; we take care of everything - all we need is your address and key-holder details. We will then liaise with the developer, agent, solicitors or whoever is your nominated key holder. We do everything for you from making the beds to hanging the curtains!
While you relax at home in the UK we will be giving your Spanish property a dream makeover. We will contact you once your furniture has been installed and we can even e-mail you some photos! It’s that simple, it’s not just about the furniture, it is about the service package as well!
What other services do you offer?
We offer a pre-installation “Sparkle Clean” which we recommend to all clients as a builders clean is usually pretty basic. We can also do lock changes and install window locks for added security. |
