Pricing
Is based upon supply, delivery and installation of the inventory / order form. Additions or changes to the inventory will be individually quoted. Any part orders of package items without furniture will be subject to a delivery fee of €50 within 20kms radius of our HQ at Balsicas.
Stock Availability: We undertake to hold stock of all items. However, all stock is subject to availability at the time of order and may vary from that illustrated. Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturers or outside supplier scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond control of the seller.
All sales are final: No refunds: All exchanges and cancellations are subject to seller approval. A minimum charge of 15% of the purchase price will be assessed (restocking fee) on seller approved returns, exchanges or cancellations. Inside Right España reserves the right to substitute products with alternatives of similar quality and value.
Installation/Access: Will take place at agreed date of signed order and we will issue notice of any extended lead times if necessary. For individual properties, we will usually require two days for Furniture and Curtain installation. For larger multiple installations we will stage deliveries over a number of days, depending on the quantity of properties involved. The property should be in a state of readiness for installation. Safe and clean access with working lifts for installations on third floor and above. Our installation teams will require access from 8am onwards. We will check access details and key holding a few days beforehand. Keys will not be collected from third party addresses. We carry ladders to fit curtains and central plug-in light fittings to 2.4 metres height. Should the ceiling height exceed this we require provision of a scaffolding tower to carry out the job on the planned day. Seller will charge a fee of £500 if access fails on delivery resulting in the failure of the furniture installation through no fault of the seller.
Presentation: All packing will be removed from site. As many homewares as possible are put out for the purposes of checking the inventory. The dining table is laid, the beds are made, prints and mirrors are hung, and electrical guarantees are left on site. A basic clean will be undertaken on departure. You should allow extra time post-installation if you require a sparkle clean prior to occupancy. Should you order furniture only, we will clear away large packing materials, but will not vacuum the floor afterwards.
Proof of Delivery / Signing off: Our installation staff carry a full inventory of delivered items for you to check against the installation. You or your agent should be available on the day to sign off the installation. After this the job will be deemed to be satisfactory.
Claims: It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact our office as soon as possible to activate a claim, no claim is valid if the property has been let to a third party before buyer’s inspection.
Guarantees: All goods supplied are guaranteed for twelve months following installation against inherent faults. The seller does not warrant against damages or defects arising out of improper or abnormal use of the product.
Payment Terms: The seller requires a £500 non-refundable deposit, 50% of the remaining balance is payable 90 days prior to installation date. Settlement is required fourteen days prior to installation. The title of the goods will remain sellers until paid in full. |
